THE WITCHES
Responsible for: Digital live CSS typography & illustrations
For our digital typography class we had to choose an excerpt from a fable or a nursery rhyme. This project is demonstrating how you can style live text using just CSS transformations. I decided to illustrate a section from Roald Dahl's, The Witches. My favourite part of the book is when the Grand High Witch is speaking to her loyal room of followers about how they can use a new potion called Formula 86, which turns children (whom they hate), into mice so it's easier to kill them by simply stepping on the children.
This piece shows how the potion is made so the witches could duplicate the recipe right at home!
